Background

Centre for Rehabilitation Education Earning Development, herein after called CREED, is a non-governmental, voluntary, social welfare organization. In order to alleviate poverty and reduce illiteracy, CREED has started its activities in the year 1987 through its founder Mohammad Solaiman khan.

At first CREED started its child literacy program in 1987 with its own resources (executive member’s contribution) in the Rayer bazar slum of Hazari-bagh thana of dhaka city. Latter on step to step CREED has expended its activities in 23
upazilla/thanas of 15 districts in 5 divisions, both in rural and urban areas.
